  • Improved the user experience for a ticketing and event management e-commerce site that serves the brazilian market, including new User Interface patterns and responsive design for mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop screens, improving costumers experience when buying tickets online. Influenced gross ticket sales growth by 53% on mobile devices, within 5 months.
  • Designed landing pages for targeted communication with key market niches for events, increasing the quality of traffic and conversion rates by 76%. Improved the UI for each persona Sympla communicates with.
  • Designed content marketing material like e-books, blog posts and sales presentation that increased the number of leads by 62%.
